Hello everyone! It’s Galina here. Today I want to show you how to create three quick and easy cards using one stamp set and one die.
For all my cards I used a few images from Christmas Snow Globe Stamp set and one die with trees from Wondrous Woods Silhouette Tag & Wallet Die Set.
I’m also going to share with you my favorite Nuvo ink color combos for creating a card backgrounds and some quick tips.

For my first card I decided to create a night scene in the forest.
How to make this card:
- Cut two panels of white cardstock slightly smaller than A2 size
- On the first panel cut out the trees, color them with gray marker and stamp a small sentiment under the trees with Nuvo Black ink.
- One the second panel, stamp a house in the centre with Nuvo Black ink.
- Draw a moon and a hill with a pencil.
- Color the moon with light and a dark yellow Nuvo markers, start with lightest color and add darkest one only in the centre. Blend both colors with a light yellow Nuvo Marker
- Color the sky with 4 shades of a blue Nuvo markers. Apply darker shades on edges of the panel.
- Foam mount the first panel on the panel with the house.
- Glue both paneles on the gray card base.
How to make this card:
- Cut two A2 white card panels.
- On the first panel cut out the trees using die from Wondrous Woods Silhouette Tag & Wallet Die Set.
- Cover the card panel with a Snowflake stencil and apply purple Nuvo ink with a Nuvo Blending tool. Stamp the sentiment on it with a black Nuvo ink
- On the second panel draw a hill with a gray marker.
- Create a purple sunset sky using Spring Heather, Royal Plum, Spanish Sangria Nuvo inks. Apply each color with a Nuvo Blending tool.
- On the piece of white cardstock stamp a Christmas tree, color it with Nuvo Markers #410 and #413.
- Decorate the tree with red and yellow Nuvo drops and glue on the card panel.
- Foam mount the first panel on the panel with the tree.
- Glue both panels on the white card base.
How to make this card:
- Cut two A2 panels from white and glitter cardstock.
- On the white card, panel create a sunset scene with such Nuvo inks: Marble Statue on the bottom, Rubber Duck, Carrot Stick, Spanish Sangria
- Foam mount the glitter panel on the second colorful panel.
- On the white cardstock stamp a Christmas tree and a cute snowman with Black Nuvo Ink. Color images with Nuvo markers. Colors for the tree #410, #413, #463; for Snowmen #425, #377, #381, #403
- Cut them out with a white border around the edge and adhere to them behind the trees.
- Heat emboss the sentiment on the white cardstock with white embossing powder.
- Adhere the stripe with the sentiment on the right top bottom of the card panel
- Cut a red panel of textured red Cotton Paper – Red Berries and adhere it on the card base.
- Adhere both card panels on the card base.
